Book sellers alert: all materials in the sale have been reviewed for online sales by Friends of the Library.

On Saturday, everything will be on sale for $5 a grocery bag full.

While Friends used book sale events were suspended during the Pandemic, Friends memberships were extended to the end of calendar year 2022. Anyone wishing to join or renew their membership may do so at any time. The sale is convenient for many to do so. And memberships started or renewed at the sale will be good through the Fall 2023 sale. In coming sales, one day will be designated at member discount day: half off on all purchases that day for members.

Volunteers are essential to the sale. They are needed for set-up Saturday, October 1, 1:00 – 5:30, Monday thru Wednesday, October 3-5, from 9:30 to 6:30, for the sales desk Thursday 9:30 – 6:30, Friday and Saturday 9:30 – 5:30 and for clean-up Monday, October 10 from 9:30 to Noon. Volunteers can select two free books for each shift they serve. Interested? Please email Katie Allnutt allnutt@frontier.com
